The eight final images that I had chosen related to water in vast spaces, so I came up with the Idea of exhibiting them in a huge white walled room, these white walls will give emphasis to my images giving the viewer direct and unbroken vision to the viewer allowing them to be entranced with the images enabling them to be at one with the images.
My images will be directly printed onto the white walls, no borders, lines, hangings or frames so not to distract the viewers eyes.
The room itself is to be in the Guggenheim Museum in new York, I fell in love with this building on a Trip to New York where I viewed a number of works from Picasso, Monet, Julie Mehretu, Andy Warhol and John Cage, and the inside of the building is very suited to the modern contemporary look that I am looking to portray.
The floor in the gallery will be an interactive floor made of glass and will simulate walking along a coastline this itself will be one of my images made into a stop frame, showing a moving tide.
The gallery itself will be brightly lit so not to create any shadows or reflections onto the images and a slight breeze will be apparent.
I would advertise this on my own website and on the Museums website and would make documentation such as brochure leaflets and magazines adverts available and I would organise a Private viewing to chosen People.
I would then open the gallery to the general public.
